Parkside OA has five positions on its Board of Directors ("BoD").
The current Board Members are:
President – Darlene Hooks
Vice-President – Geri Muller
Secretary – Issa Forrest
Treasurer – Mike Jimenez
Member-at-Large – Murray Bader
Board Members are typically elected to serve a two-year term on the Board of Directors.
All Board Members serve as volunteers and are not compensated for their service.
Each year, before the Annual Meeting held in April, nominations are accepted for available
Board positions. Any Association Member (homeowner) in good standing may run for the
Board by completing and submitting a Nomination Application.
Following the election, the newly seated Board determines officer positions among
themselves.
