Board Meetings - Please see the Calendar for HOA Board meeting dates. Meetings begin at 6:30pm at RMP Services, Inc. located at 5550 Telegraph Rd., Ste. #C1, Ventura, CA.

Website - Bookmark our new website and feel free to look around! If you have any suggestions for improvements please contact the board using the "Contact Us" form. Your requests will be forwarded to our website designer upon approval.

Insurance - If you need to get a proof of insurance form from the HOA you can contact

Architectural - Please remember you must submit an Architectural Approval Request if you are installing an satellite dish, replacing windows, sliders or front door or any other improvements to the exterior of the buildings.

Pool - Pool heaters will be turned off the first week of December.

Please contact the Ventura Police at their non-emergency number at (805) 650-8010 if you see any suspicious behavior or trespassers.

Please remember that pool hours during the summer are 6:00am - 11:00pm.
